BEYOND THE CHART

Build a life that does not need a jackpot.

A worksheet for priorities—not a promise of wealth.

Start with the next essential bill.

Write down the money coming in and the expenses that keep you housed, fed and able to work. A useful first aim is clarity, not a perfect spreadsheet. Where debt is overwhelming, look for a reputable nonprofit debt adviser in your country.

Create room for unexpected events.

An accessible cash buffer and a plan for expensive debt can be worth discussing before taking investment risk. There is no single correct buffer for everyone: income stability, dependants and essential expenses change the question.

Learn before choosing products.

Think about goals, time horizon, risk, diversification and costs. Tax and retirement rules are local. This website does not select investments for you. Investor.gov’s introduction is a starting point for the concepts, not country-specific advice.

Count the time you get back.

Time away from the market can be spent on rest, relationships, skills or paid work. It does not have to become another productivity contest. Our time calculator simply translates hours into days so you can decide what matters to you.

You are more than your losses.

Worried about your own trading, or someone else’s? You do not have to figure it out alone.
